Description Extra Staff at Lunnevibadet and Lunnevis Camping in Grästorp We are looking for extra staff at Lunnevibadet and Lunnevis Camping in Grästorp. Here you will become part of a dedicated team where excellent hospitality and community are at the center. Lunnevibadet is located together with the camping in the middle of the sports and school area in Grästorp. The bath house is newly renovated with two pools – a comfortable and safe size for families with children and other swimming enthusiasts from Grästorp and neighboring municipalities. As part of the renovation, we have also continued to develop our digital services, which provide high accessibility and service for our guests. Work Tasks The work is varied and includes service, facility maintenance, and practical tasks to create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests. Cash Register and Reception – Greet guests, manage bookings and payments, and provide information about the bath house and camping. Café – Sales and simple preparation of food and beverages. Facility Maintenance – A central part of the work that includes the swimming hall, changing rooms, showers, staff areas, entrance, reception, and café. Pool Supervision – Oversee the pool area and be prepared to take action when necessary to ensure guest safety. Swimming School and Activities – With the right qualifications, you can assist in the swimming school (swimming instructors are responsible for teaching). Camping (April–October) – Guest reception, service, ongoing maintenance, and cleaning of sanitary facilities. We place great emphasis on excellent hospitality – the guests' experience is always in focus. We Are Looking for You You are responsible and service-oriented and enjoy work where the pace can vary. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and help the operation run smoothly even when conditions change. You understand that facility maintenance is an important part of the overall experience and work carefully and systematically. You are confident in taking responsibility and have good safety awareness. The work requires good physical capability, as you need to be able to respond in an emergency situation and perform lifesaving. Qualifications Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good physical capability – you must pass the Guldbojen test before employment and complete regular tests during your employment Flexible, responsible, and with a positive work attitude Meritorious ⭐ Swimming instructor qualification ⭐ Lifesaving skills ⭐ First aid training ⭐ Experience with swimming school operations ⭐ Experience from bath house operations ⭐ Experience in facility maintenance Terms The position is extra work as needed, for example during vacations, sick leave, and periods of high activity in the operation. Work shifts may sometimes be offered with short notice in dialogue with your manager. For the right person and based on operational needs, there is the possibility of fixed schedule hours. Working hours are variable and may include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled when the need arises.
