Fria is the market leader in the Nordic region for gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free bakery products. Fria Bröd bakes its breads using a unique recipe. All Fria products are fresh-frozen. Your Responsibilities As an Operations & Maintenance Technician at Fria Bröd, you will focus on preventive maintenance as well as corrective maintenance of the bakery's machinery and associated production equipment. The role also includes performing various technical improvements and modification projects. You will work alongside operators, using your technical expertise and experience to ensure the safest and most trouble-free production possible. Success in this position requires broad mechanical and electrical technical competence as well as solid experience in mechanical and electromechanical troubleshooting. As a person, you need to be both unpretentious and solution-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills. It is a plus if you have education or experience in food production. This position involves Friday evening shifts from 14:00–22:00. Your Profile Desired Competencies: - Background as a technician/mechanic with electrical expertise - Strong experience in mechanical troubleshooting of machinery and production equipment - Strong experience in systematic troubleshooting, ability to read electrical schematics, and expertise in measuring and troubleshooting electromechanical systems - Experience with mechanical and electromechanical repair work - Some experience with welding - Genuine technical interest - Computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite - Swedish and English proficiency in speech and writing - Forklift certification preferred Our client maintains a positive and opportunity-focused atmosphere.
