What you will do: - Ensure a great guest experience during your work shifts - Check-ins and check-outs - Assist guests with our "self-check in/out" - Help guests with requests that may arise - Respond to guest communications via phone calls, email, etc. - Standard reception duties This is a temporary position with a start date by agreement. The position involves varying shift work, including evenings and weekends. You will succeed here if you: - Are positive and flexible - Are a team player - Always prioritize guest wishes first - Are required to speak and write Swedish fluently Bonus points for: - Being upbeat and cheerful - Experience in service - Knowledge of other Nordic languages We value diversity at Strawberry.
