About the role As an IT Support Technician, you will be an important part of our customers' service desk. Your work tasks include, but are not limited to: Receive and handle support tickets via phone, remote support, and sometimes on-site Work mainly in a Windows environment, but Mac may also occur Register tickets in a ticketing system Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and customer-specific systems Install software and peripherals Perform basic troubleshooting on servers when needed Your profile To thrive in the role as an IT support technician: You are motivated by providing top-class service You have at least two years of experience from a service desk You are self-driven, thorough, and social You speak fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Requirements At least two years of experience working in a service desk Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Experience troubleshooting in Windows and Mac environments Basic knowledge of server management (Windows) Meritorious Experience with Azure B-class driving license We place great importance on your personal qualities.
