The municipality's infrastructure development work spans a wide variety of projects, from densification in existing urban areas to rural development and establishment of completely new areas. The Land and Development Department is responsible for developing and managing the municipality's land and is a key player in the municipality's development journey. We work with strategic land issues, land transfers, leases, and property law matters. The department ensures that the municipality's interests as a landowner are considered and that there are financial conditions for the development of public spaces and infrastructure. Your role will be important in preserving and shaping the future Vallentuna. We work according to a project-based methodology, and you will collaborate closely with various functions within the infrastructure development sector. As a project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the decided project plan and budget are in place, that status reporting and financial follow-up to the steering group occurs according to routine, that the project model is followed, and that instructions from the steering group are followed. You will also work with calculations, property law, land allocations, and development agreements, etc. You will be an important part of ensuring sustainable and feasible projects. Qualifications: You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in infrastructure development projects. You have worked as a development engineer. You have experience working with large complex projects with many challenges. You have broad competence in areas such as technology, law, and economics related to infrastructure development. You have a good understanding of the challenges that characterize the profession. You are trained in infrastructure development, surveying, real estate economics, real estate law, or equivalent. Good computer skills, including MS Office, and experience with digital project and case management tools. We work in, among other things, the project tool Antura. You speak Swedish very well in both speech and writing. Personal Qualities: You work toward results, demonstrate reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work. You strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information.
