About the Position: As a vehicle technician at Brandt Personbilar, you work with Volvo in a broad role that combines technical work, administration, and customer interaction. You receive customers via phone and booking systems, plan service and repairs and spare parts, and follow up on the vehicle's total service needs. You perform service and repair work, participate in training, and ensure that the customer receives clear feedback when the vehicle is handed over. The work involves a mix of mechanical work, troubleshooting, administration, and customer dialogue. You work closely with your colleagues, often in pairs, with support from a coach and manager at the facility. We Are Looking For You If: You have several years of experience as a vehicle technician, car mechanic, or service technician with good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, service, and repair.
