You are the person at the front desk who meets customers with a smile. You follow the customer and vehicle from start to finish – including the customer meeting, booking, work orders, ordering parts, workshop scheduling, final invoicing, and follow-up. In this role, you work closely with customers and the workshop to ensure efficient service processes and high customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will be to: Receive customers and vehicles, document damage, create work orders, and communicate clear service proposals and cost estimates to customers. Work closely with workshop technicians, service manager, and parts department to ensure the right parts and an efficient workflow. Handle customer inquiries professionally and contribute to improvement initiatives and procedures for high customer satisfaction. Document completed work in the workshop system and ensure correct invoicing. Help maintain the workshop's routines for work environment, quality, and safety. You also answer phones, emails, and stay in contact with the customer during the workshop visit to follow up and inform them about what needs to be addressed on their vehicle. When needed, you provide customer support and offer guidance on any technical questions. Who Are You? We believe you who are applying have/are: · Previous experience as a service advisor or similar role in an auto workshop is highly desirable. You may have automotive technical/mechanical experience/background Service-oriented and confident in customer interactions with a professional and calm approach. Administrative experience, good computer skills, and experience with workshop systems or similar business systems are desirable. · Good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish; English is desirable · B-class driver's license is desirable depending on the scope of work tasks.
