Your Responsibilities As a forklift operator, you will work with the daily handling of goods and materials in the warehouse. Your main responsibilities will consist of: - Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods - Forklift operation and internal material handling - Order picking and packing - Receiving and inspecting deliveries - Warehouse management and inventory - Planning and optimizing goods flows - Ensuring order and organization in the warehouse The work involves close collaboration with colleagues in warehouse and logistics to ensure efficient and safe operations. Your Background / Your Qualities We are looking for someone with experience in forklift operation and who thrives in a role where accuracy and responsibility are crucial for smooth workflow. We would like it if you: - Have previous experience in forklift operation and hold a valid forklift certificate - Have experience in warehouse, transport, or logistics work - Have a good understanding of load meters, load planning, and efficient goods handling - Are thorough, structured, and quality-conscious - Take responsibility for your work and have a strong safety mindset - Enjoy working both independently and together with others - Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written As a person, you are driven, thorough, and solution-oriented. You have a good ability to plan your work. You contribute to a positive work environment and understand the importance of delivering high-quality work.
