Here you will have an important role in executing building projects, working closely with the site manager and project organization. About the Construction Engineer Role As a Construction Engineer, you will work at the core of building projects with a focus on structure, administration, and financial monitoring. The role involves supporting the site manager throughout the project and ensuring that economics, procurement, documentation, and follow-up function as planned. In the role you will work with, among other things: supporting the site manager throughout the project's execution working with project administration linked to production developing and monitoring forecasts and costs working with procurement and contract documentation working in project platforms compiling and quality-assuring documentation throughout the project ensuring order, clarity, and structure in the building contract You will work in close collaboration with the site manager and other functions in the project. We Are Looking For You Who Have Experience as a carpenter or similar trade role within building production, or education in construction At least four years of experience in the role of Construction Engineer or equivalent role with similar work tasks Experience working on larger building contracts, preferably projects over fifty million, but smaller projects may also be relevant Fluent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and ability to work in English when needed Category B driver's license Personal Qualities To thrive in the Construction Engineer role, we see that you work in a structured and thorough manner.
