About the Role As a Construction Manager, you have overall responsibility for business, customers, and execution within your geographic area (Stockholm). The role is both operational and strategic – you drive the business forward while ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and followed up with high quality and profitability. You work closely with both customers and our internal project managers and are involved every step of the way – from first contact and deal to completed projects. Your Responsibilities Drive sales and business development in the region Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships Identify and actively create new business opportunities Prepare quotes and conduct negotiations Ensure planning and execution of construction projects – before, during, and after projects Work closely with project managers and delivery organization for best results Contribute to the development of services and offerings based on customer and market needs Follow up on goals, business, and activities in a structured manner (CRM) Who We're Looking For We are looking for you if you have clear business drive and thrive in a role where you combine sales, relationships, and responsibility. You are experienced in taking responsibility for the entire business – from first contact to execution – and have a good understanding of construction, projects, and customer needs. We believe you have: Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or traffic safety Experience in project management, procurement, and negotiation Experience working toward goals and driving business independently Experience with quotes and business follow-up Ability to collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams As a Person, You Are Business-driven and results-oriented Self-motivated with strong forward-thinking Relationship-building and trustworthy Structured and solution-oriented You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle rapid changes, and are driven to create results together with others.
