DUTIES As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, and finances. You lead operations characterized by great commitment, close relationships, and an important societal mission. Your leadership is built on trust, clarity, and presence. You have university or college education that the employer considers relevant for the assignment. Experience of leadership within LSS, social psychiatry, housing support, or similar operations is a merit.
