As a unit manager, you lead the operations with a focus on participation, quality, and safety. Your Assignment In this role, you are responsible for operations, finances, employees, and work environment. You lead an engaged team of nursing assistants and care workers who together provide high-quality care. Together with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nurses, you develop individualized care where care recipients and their families are important collaboration partners. Who Are You? Requirements: A degree in social work or another university degree at bachelor's level (180 credits) that we consider relevant. Good knowledge of the legislation governing the operations, such as SoL and HSL. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills. B-driver's license for manual transmission vehicles. Merits: Experience in a management or other leadership role, preferably in home care or similar operations. Experience in leading change and development work. Knowledge of our operational systems, such as Visma/Medvind, Winlas, Procapita, and LifeCare. What We Offer You! You report to Ingela Bengtsson, operations manager for ordinary housing, and are part of the operations area's management team. The operations are in an exciting development phase, and we are seeking someone who wants to contribute to developing and strengthening future home care services.
