About the Role As a unit manager, you are responsible for leading our operations in Hedemora and Säter. Your assignment is to build and lead a stable and well-functioning team consisting of bus drivers and service transportation drivers, and to establish effective working methods from the ground up. You work closely with the operations with full focus on present leadership, a good work environment, and continuous development of employees. You have personnel responsibility and are responsible for: Recruiting and onboarding new employees Leading, motivating, and developing drivers Creating structure, routines, and effective working methods in a new operation Ensuring a good work environment and following up on work environment issues Working with sick leave, rehabilitation, and preventive measures Conducting employee conversations and competence development Building a strong team spirit and positive culture We are Looking for You If You Have experience in leadership with personnel responsibility Are confident in your role and enjoy building new operations Have a genuine interest in people and present leadership Are organized and have the ability to create order and clarity Are a good communicator who builds trust and relationships Have experience in work environment and rehabilitation work Experience from the bus industry is a merit.
