We are now seeking an engaged and development-oriented unit manager for Support and Services, LSS. The organization provides various services such as group housing, service housing, personal assistance, day activities, and other support services. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a unit manager, you are responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring the LSS operations. You have overall responsibility for personnel, budget, work environment, and quality. Your role involves ensuring together with your team that services maintain high quality and are based on individual needs. You are part of a management team and work closely with other managers, administrators, and support functions. Your responsibilities include: • Lead, coach, and develop employees • Manage operations, budget, and results • Work with business development and improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal and external partners • Contribute to a good work environment and sustainable leadership QUALIFICATIONS You have appropriate university education that the employer considers relevant for the position, equivalent education, or corresponding acquired knowledge in the field. Previous experience as a manager and work in a politically governed organization are merits.
