About the role As a unit manager, you will ensure that guidelines and policy documents are followed. You will further develop HSL and strengthen the team primarily, but also work with operational development as a whole. For us, it is important that you are driven, active and engaged in development work. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's values, current agreements and applicable legislation are complied with. You care for and develop relationships with employees, residents and relatives. You report to the operations manager and are part of the management group, and have budget and profit responsibility for the HSL group. In your role as a nurse, you are the hub around the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operation. About the HSL team The HSL team consists of 4 nurses including you as unit manager, a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist. Your position will be daytime with work every 4th weekend. It takes approximately 20 minutes by bus directly from Slussen and buses depart every 10 minutes. There is also good public transportation from Nacka Forum with a travel time of approximately 10 minutes. Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and person-centered care through the Dementia Academy.
