RESPONSIBILITIES As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, and finances. You lead operations with an important societal mission, where commitment, participation, and close relationships are a natural part of everyday work. Your leadership is characterized by trust, clarity, and presence. By creating good conditions for your employees to succeed in their assignments, you contribute to a work culture where we take collective responsibility, learn from each other, and continuously develop our operations. In this role, you collaborate closely with service users, relatives, public administration, health and medical care, and other partners to ensure coherent operations with high quality and a strong focus on the individual's needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a confident and engaged leader with the ability to create good relationships and build trust. You have university or college education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment. Experience in leadership within LSS, social psychiatry, housing support, or similar operations is meritorious.
