This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months via Unik Resurs with excellent prospects for extension. Tasks and Responsibilities Would you like to work in an international and technically advanced project environment where the customer and technology are in focus? We are now seeking an engaged and driven engineer who wants to take a leading role in electrical design and control systems in delivery projects for industrial gas turbines. About the Role As a Project Engineering Manager (PEM) and/or Project Lead Engineer (PLE), you are responsible for leading the technical project implementation within electrical and control systems. You will be a key person in the delivery project organization and work closely with customers, project managers, partners, and internal specialist functions. The role involves both technical leadership and coordination, where you ensure that the project's technical solutions are delivered according to set objectives, schedules, and quality requirements. Your Tasks Lead the electrical engineering team within delivery projects. Be the technical contact person with customers and partners. Work closely with the project manager to ensure project progress. Plan and monitor technical activities against the project's milestones and deadlines. Coordinate technical interfaces between different internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to close collaboration with sales, research and development, and the service organization. Participate in customer meetings and travel as needed, approximately 20 days per year. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: Engineering education and experience within electrical engineering and/or control and automation technology. A strategic approach and genuine interest in leadership and people development. Good communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships. Experience working in project environments with many contact points. Ability to build networks and collaborate across functions. Interest in change management and continuous improvement. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have experience or knowledge within gas turbines and energy production.
