About the Position As a mentor within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path toward self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes, among other things: Individual guidance and coaching Matching with jobs and education Contact with employers and networking Support in application processes and interview preparation Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, skilled at building relationships, and thriving in a dynamic environment. You are social, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Inspiring and motivating people is your strength! Required Qualifications (fulfill at least one of the following options): Option 1: At least 180 university credits (120 credits according to the previous system) At least two years of full-time work experience Option 2: At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with satisfactory results At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Career transition work for job seekers Education and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not solely administration) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling Meritorious Qualities and Experiences: Strong network within the local business community Language skills beyond Swedish Ability to create and maintain relationships Structured, initiative-taking, and results-oriented Good communication skills and coaching approach Digital competence and experience with online meetings Why Should You Apply?
