About the Position As an employee in our javelin manufacturing, you will work on javelin production where the work consists of varied practical tasks in which your precision, feel, and understanding of the material are important for the final result. Measurement and quality controls are a natural part of the daily work. You work both independently and together with colleagues in a team. Structure, precision, and a shared focus on quality and the final product are essential in this role.
