We are seeking hourly mentors for our team in Karlstad – and we welcome both older job seekers and retirees who want to continue contributing with their experience and expertise. About the Position As an hourly mentor within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path toward self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help participants find the right job or education. Your responsibilities may include: Individual guidance and coaching Matching to jobs and education Contact with employers and networking Support in application processes and interview preparation Working hours are arranged according to need and availability – a flexible role that suits you if you want to work part-time, extra hours, or combine work with pension or other activities. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is skilled at building relationships, and who thrives in an environment where you help others grow. You are social, flexible, and solution-oriented, and you enjoy inspiring and motivating people. Qualification Profile You must meet at least one of the following alternatives: Alternative 1: At least 180 university credits (120 credits under the previous system) At least two years of full-time work experience Alternative 2: At least one year of full-time study at post-secondary level with satisfactory results At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Career transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Personnel administration (not only administrative tasks) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling Meritorious Qualities and Experience Strong network within the local business community Language skills beyond Swedish Ability to create and maintain relationships Structured, initiative-taking, and results-oriented Good communication skills and coaching approach Digital competence and experience with online meetings Why Should You Apply?
