JOB DUTIES We are now seeking a positive, flexible, and dedicated preschool teacher with a clear pedagogical approach and good leadership qualities for Parkhagens Preschool. You combine professional childcare with education and work closely with both preschool teachers and childcare assistants in the team. Your work is characterized by respect for the individual and an ability to create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. As a preschool teacher, you work based on current governing documents and participate in planning, implementing, documenting, and developing the educational activities together with the team. With the curriculum as your foundation, you choose methods, content, and approach based on each child's experiences, knowledge, and circumstances. You actively contribute to creating a safe, educational, and inspiring preschool environment. We use InfoMentor as our communication and documentation platform. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a licensed preschool teacher, preferably with a few years of experience and good references. You have the ability to lead both the team and the group of children in a safe and clear manner. You feel at home in systematic quality work and want to actively contribute to developing our activities. To thrive in this role, we believe you are collaborative, dedicated, curious, and creative. You have good social skills and a professional approach when interacting with children, guardians, and colleagues. You take great personal responsibility and always prioritize the children's needs and the best interests of the activity. You are flexible and work well in different team configurations.
