Pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work. The position is at 80% but can be adjusted if needed. About You You must have childcare worker training and experience working at a preschool. You must share the organization's vision, values, and goals. Most importantly, you have a strong commitment to the children and are creative, stress-resilient, and flexible. You also need excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently and with self-responsibility. We wish for you to have competence in some form of aesthetic activity, art, music, dance, and/or drama. Work experience with children is a requirement. About the Preschool We are an ecological and non-toxic preschool and care for the environment and nature permeates our entire operation. We work from a holistic approach, where all aspects of life are given space; body, mind, soul, and feeling. Central to our operations is also NVC (Non Violent Communication). We spend a large part of the day outdoors with the children. NOTE: We will only process applications from personnel with relevant training.
