And that you are not allergic to animals. About the Job As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the woman's daily life. You help with what is needed to create a safe, active, and meaningful existence. Work shifts are distributed throughout the day and night and include overnight duty. When we work at the customer's home or with the customer, we do not use strong scents such as perfume or body mist. Company Information Recruitment Process We continuously contact candidates who are relevant for an initial interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may occur before the final application deadline. If the position involves work with a minor principal, a criminal record excerpt is required. When employed to work with a minor principal, training on the child perspective is also included. Terms of Employment If you move forward in the recruitment process, you need to be able to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and timesheets, you must have a BankID. To ensure that we maintain high quality in assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (approximately 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than one month from the start of employment.
