Personnel management and team development, with a focus on strengthening the team and creating a positive work environment. Coordination and collaboration with staff to ensure high quality and efficiency. Financial responsibility, budgeting, and monitoring. Continuity and customer focus in all aspects of operations. Collaboration with customers, family members, and external partners to create the best possible solutions. We are looking for someone who has: Experience with private providers in home care and residential support services Degree in Social Work Background from Stockholm city and its social systems. Entrepreneurial spirit and experience running operations with a focus on growth and development. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. A personality that is receptive, transparent, and communicative. Ability to work in a structured and analytical manner, with strong customer focus and financial understanding.
