The position is located in Kristinehamn in the Department of Business Support and is a 12-month temporary contract. Job Responsibilities Work as a records manager is varied and includes case management, registration, case handling, archiving and disclosure of public documents, as well as training and support to case handlers and managers. You will independently work with registering, assessing, and managing public documents in accordance with government regulations and internal governing documents. You will also provide service and support to the public. You will serve as support for the organization on matters relating to public access and confidentiality as well as archival reporting. You are well-versed in case management systems, you are operational, self-directed, and motivated to be part of our continued development work. Formal Requirements To be qualified for this position, you must: have at least secondary education or other education that we deem relevant for the position, have experience with record keeping and digital case management systems, have experience working as a records manager or case handler in public administration, have good knowledge of document management, records disposal, and archival reporting, have knowledge of and/or experience with the laws and regulations governing government agencies, particularly regarding public access and confidentiality, be able to express yourself clearly and simply in both speech and writing in Swedish, possess the personal qualities outlined in the competency profile.
