About the Role As Store Manager, you are the primary responsible party for operating the entire warehouse. Areas of Responsibility Primary responsibility for warehouse operations with budget, results, and reporting responsibility. Full personnel responsibility including tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, development conversations, work environment, etc. Lead, develop, and motivate employees. Provide clear guidance and clear goals for departments. Plan and implement various marketing activities in the warehouse. Work to become the natural first choice for customers and offer world-class service before, during, and after purchase. About You We are looking for an experienced leader in Retail.
