We are seeking two student support resources for a specialized teaching assignment aimed at students in grades 4–6 who need an adapted learning environment and more individualized support in their schooling for various reasons. We welcome your application! The Role as Educator with Us The assignment is carried out in collaboration between Åsa Schools 4–6 and Frillesåsskolan 4–6. Teaching will take place in Kungsbacka and be conducted in small teaching groups as well as individually, in close cooperation with colleagues. The work involves planning, implementing, and following up on instruction based on students' individual needs and circumstances. The focus is on creating a safe, structured, and developmental learning environment where students have the opportunity to succeed both academically and socially. The position involves close collaboration between the schools regarding planning, implementation, and development of activities. Students' needs and circumstances vary, which requires flexibility, creativity, and a solution-focused approach. You are a role model for others, inspiring and motivating with personal care as the foundation of your work and in your relationships with colleagues. You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is given great weight. We are looking for someone with: Relevant education such as social pedagogy, student assistant, or similar. One position at Frillesåsskolan 4–6 extends until December 19, 2026. The other at Åsa Schools 4–6 extends until June 2027.
