IES Eskilstuna is now seeking two committed student assistants, full-time, who want to work closely with students and educators to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. As a student assistant, you work closely with teachers and student support services to support students in learning and social development. You provide pedagogical support during lessons and contribute to structure and clarity throughout the school day. We are looking for someone with experience working with children in primary school. We would appreciate if you also have previous experience working as a student assistant. You are emotionally stable, have self-awareness, and are confident in yourself. You see relationships in the right perspective and distinguish between the personal and professional. You are driven by a desire to see opportunities for improvement for both students and your colleagues as well as for the operation itself. You have the ability to quickly adapt to new or changed requirements and conditions. Working together with others with good team spirit and an open work climate is something you appreciate and value.
