ABOUT THE ROLE: As an Electronics Developer, you will work on embedded systems development, electronics design, and product development in close collaboration with customers and colleagues. Projects often encompass the entire development chain – from concept and prototypes to industrialization and volume production. For example, you might work with circuit boards that combine USB, Bluetooth, 5G, sensors, and power electronics, where each project brings new technical challenges and new products to learn about. The company is an engineering-driven consulting firm with a great passion for electronics and software development. From their office in central Lund, they help customers develop everything from innovative startup products to advanced industrial systems for international companies. Projects span many different areas, which means you'll continuously have the opportunity to learn new technologies and build broad expertise in electronics and embedded systems. Unlike many consulting firms, approximately 85 percent of assignments are conducted in-house in the company's own facilities and well-equipped electronics labs. This gives you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues, share knowledge, and be part of a strong technical environment. Some assignments take place at the customer's site, for both shorter and longer periods, but the goal is always to find arrangements that work for both employees and projects. There are no detailed process controls here – instead, you're expected to take ownership of your projects, collaborate with colleagues, and be curious about learning new things. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH: At least three years of experience in electronics development Relevant engineering education, preferably a master's degree in electronics, computer engineering, or similar Experience with circuit design and PCB layout Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It's not necessary, but it's a merit if you have experience/knowledge of: MCU and MPU Radio and communication solutions Sensors Power electronics and high voltage Rapid prototyping Volume production and industrialization Beyond technical competence, personal qualities are highly valued.
