Accountant/Finance Accountant at Flora Assistans Flora Assistans operates throughout Sweden and provides personal assistance to children, youth, and adults with various disabilities. About the Position As an accountant at Flora Assistans, you will have a central role in the organization with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence decisions. You work closely with management and are responsible for both day-to-day accounting work and more specialized tasks such as financial statements, financial monitoring, and reporting. The work is varied and includes: Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping Annual financial statements Accounting according to the K3 framework Budgeting and forecasting Invoicing and monitoring of client and user budgets Reconciliations and financial analyses Tax declarations Payroll administration and HR-related administration Contact with authorities, municipalities, and the Social Insurance Agency Development and optimization of financial processes We work with tools such as Fortnox, Crona Lön, and FAST tid. What We're Looking For We seek someone with post-secondary education in accounting or finance and several years of experience in advanced accounting work. To succeed in this role, we would like you to: Have experience with independent financial statement preparation Have good knowledge of the K3 framework Have experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial monitoring Be accustomed to contact with authorities Have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Have good system proficiency and be quick to learn new programs Experience in personal assistance, LSS operations, or other healthcare and social care services is a merit. As a person, you are organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. You work independently but also collaborate easily with others.
