About the Role Depending on your experience, you can work in an advisory capacity already today – or gradually develop further into the advisor role. You take responsibility for long-term customer assignments, ensure quality and deliverables, and contribute to a clear, secure, and professional customer experience. Your Tasks: You will, among other things: take responsibility for qualified accounting services including bookkeeping, financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns contribute to high quality in customer service, accounting, analysis, and advisory services transform numbers into value-creating insights for our customers be a reliable sounding board for entrepreneurs on financial matters work in an advisory capacity on matters such as cash flow, profitability, taxation, pricing, and planning work with and in digital workflows, system support, automation, and efficiency improvements contribute to further developing and strengthening our working methods and processes that create value for both customers and team as the business evolves contribute to a creative, solution-oriented, and positive work environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident in qualified accounting and wants to continue developing toward a more customer-focused and advisory role.
