Welcome to Vidingehem! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As finance manager, you will have a key role in developing and leading the finance function at Vidingehem. You are responsible for a department with seven employees – two controllers, one rental developer, two rental administrators, one archive assistant and one administrator – where you create conditions for clear working methods, good structure and well-functioning cooperation. You lead and develop the finance function and ensure that finance becomes a business-oriented and active support in the organization's decisions and priorities. You are part of the company's management group, report to the CEO and contribute to the company's development both operationally and strategically. Your tasks will be to: • Lead, allocate and follow up on work within the finance function • Ensure budget, forecast, monitoring and reporting of high quality • Develop working methods, routines and processes within financial management and analysis • Support managers in the organization on financial matters and contribute to increased understanding of financial relationships • Ensure that monitoring and analyses provide relevant support for the business's decisions and priorities • Be the client for finance services from the municipality's central finance function, for example in accounting, accounts receivable and financial statements • Cooperate with other parts of the Växjö municipal group on finance-related matters You are part of the company's management group, report to the CEO and contribute to the company's development both operationally and strategically. You also participate in board meetings and assist with background materials and analyses. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a confident and clear leader with the ability to create structure, drive development and build good cooperation. You thrive in a business-oriented role and can translate financial analyses into concrete decisions and improvements that create value for the business. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can prioritize, create structure in change and work long-term with financial matters. You have a good understanding of how financial management can contribute to the business's development and make well-founded decisions. Your profile: • Relevant academic education in finance or equivalent experience • Experience from the property sector is a merit • Several years of experience in management or leadership positions • Good knowledge of financial management • Experience of change and development work • Good communication skills in speech and writing • Ability to cooperate, build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders • Experience working in a politically governed organization is a merit • Excellent knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing Employment form: Permanent employment.
