We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable upper secondary school teacher for the specialized subjects in the Economics Program. Are you our new team member? About the Workplace Kungsängsgymnasiet is a modern upper secondary school with approximately 480 students. We offer eight national programs as well as an Introduction Program. Our goal is for every student to succeed, and for three years we have received support from the Swedish National Agency for Education's initiative "Collaboration for the Best School." Students feel safe and enjoy being at school, as evidenced by our safety surveys, and we have a high proportion of qualified teachers. Responsibilities As a teacher with us, you will teach in the Economics Program's specialized subjects. You will be part of a dedicated team and collaborate closely with colleagues within your program and subject area. The position also includes mentoring. We Are Looking For You If You Have pedagogical experience and can teach economics and law subjects. Have good collaboration skills with students, colleagues, and other staff. Demonstrate clear leadership and strong belief in students' ability to achieve good academic results. Are a collegial team player interested in school development and working in teams. Are flexible, creative, and use ICT in your teaching. Want to develop your teaching profession and contribute ideas for how teaching and the school can be improved. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Qualifications Certification as an upper secondary school teacher in economics and law subjects. Experience teaching at the upper secondary level. Terms of Employment Individual salary setting Start date 260810 or by agreement Criminal background check required upon job offer. This is in accordance with the law on background checks in school, leisure, and preschool activities.
