LBF Bygg & Mark is growing and is now looking for a dedicated finance administrator who wants to become an important part of our team in Arlandastad. With us, you'll get a broad and developmental role where you work closely with management, project managers, and other team members. We are an established construction company with over 25 years of experience in construction, earthwork, and contracting. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will work with: Ongoing bookkeeping Vendor and customer invoicing VAT reporting and declarations Payroll administration Reconciliations and support with financial closing Administrative support to project managers and management Document management and general administration Social media and content publishing Creation and updating of job postings, texts, and marketing materials We are Looking for You If You Have experience in finance and administration Are thorough, organized, and self-directed Enjoy taking responsibility and working with varied tasks Have strong Microsoft Office skills Are communicative and enjoy collaborating with others Have an interest in social media and enjoy writing and creating content Merits Experience from the construction or contracting industry Knowledge of Fortnox Experience with Next Project Experience with payroll and project administration What We Offer A safe and family-friendly workplace Short decision-making paths and close collaboration with management A dedicated team with high competence Opportunity to influence and develop in your role A varied day-to-day where no two days are the same About the Position Location: Arlandastad Scope: Full-time Start: By agreement Selection and interviews are ongoing, so don't delay your application.
