We are looking for someone with several years of experience working in various types of kitchens, preferably with a focus on catering or large-scale food service. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you have a solution-oriented and quality-conscious approach to work. As a person, you are positive, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic and varied work environment. We would appreciate it if you have experience with planning and production of larger meal volumes in large-scale kitchens or catering operations. You have a genuine interest in cooking with a focus on vegetarian and organic cuisine, and experience working with tofu is a merit. It is particularly advantageous if you have experience in the production of traditional Chinese tofu as well as development of new tofu-based products. Knowledge of the Chinese language is also seen as an advantage. The position may involve shift work as needed.
