Töreboda and Gullspångs municipalities are now seeking a driven and engaged employee for our streets/parks/water & sewage unit who wants to take responsibility for the operation and maintenance of our streets, parks, and green spaces as well as our water and sewage utility networks, while contributing to a sustainable, safe, and pleasant community. Job Responsibilities As operations personnel for streets/parks, you will work with the operation and maintenance of the municipality's outdoor environments such as streets, parks, and public spaces, as well as maintenance work on our utility networks. You will work with, among other things: · Maintenance of our streets and roads · Maintenance of green spaces and public areas · Winter road maintenance · Bare ground cleaning · Maintenance and minor repairs of machinery · Utility network operations, such as routine flushing and water meter replacements Scheduled on-call duty is included, which may also involve tasks other than streets/parks such as water leaks and sewer blockages. Qualifications Education relevant to the position or experience and familiarity with similar tasks. We see that you have good experience in this field of work, strong collaboration skills, and take responsibility for completing your tasks correctly while contributing to the development of the operation. As we are a small organization, work tasks vary and quick prioritization changes may occur during the day. Class B driving license without restrictions (category 78) is required. BE or C driving license is desirable. As Operations Personnel for streets/parks/water & sewage, you can expect a salary between 30,000 - 33,000 kr depending on experience and competence. Individual salary setting applies. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. Interviews and selection are ongoing.
