About the Role As an Operations Technician / Operations Manager, you work in continuous 5-shift operation with 12-hour shifts. You and your shift team are responsible for: Operation and monitoring of the facility Optimization of processes and production flows Sampling & analysis Safe and environmentally conscious production Troubleshooting and problem solving Preventive and ongoing maintenance Loading and unloading trucks The work is varied and combines technology, analysis, and practical work. Who Are You? You have experience as a mechanic, process operator, or operations technician and thrive in a role where technology and problem-solving are in focus.
