Warehouse Operations Manager for our client in Rosersberg Would you like to take the next step in your leadership role within operations, logistics, or transport? We are now seeking an Operations Manager for one of our clients in Rosersberg where you will have a central role in the daily planning and management of operations. About the Role As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on daily operations within your area of responsibility. You work closely with the Site Manager, other Operations Managers, and customer service/administration to ensure that resources, workflows, and deliveries function efficiently and according to plan. The role involves both operational responsibility in daily work and a clear focus on follow-up, structure, and continuous improvement. You are expected to actively work on developing working methods, processes, and workflows to achieve set goals. Your Main Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily operations based on allocated resources Ensure that information from management reaches supervisors and employees Follow up and adjust resource planning and priorities as needed Manage processes within your area and follow up on KPIs and key metrics Set daily goals for operations Support other departments and colleagues as needed Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role within operations, transport, logistics, or production who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, solution-oriented, and accustomed to taking responsibility for both people and workflows. We believe you: Have experience in operational management or warehouse operations management Are thorough, efficient, and have a good sense of order Work in a structured manner and have a natural focus on improvement Collaborate easily and enjoy working in a team Are communicative, service-oriented, and customer-focused Are a good role model and contribute to a positive work environment Have a forklift license or experience with automation Are fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken Meritorious: Experience with WMS or TA systems (e.g., NYCE Logic, eManager, Nshift, or similar) About the Position Work Location: Rosersberg Scope: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent (beginning with a probationary period) Flexibility is required regarding working hours and tasks.
