About the position As an Operations Coordinator at Kellfri's warehouse in Jung, you are operational support to the operations manager, team leaders, and warehouse and assembly staff. You ensure efficient work flows and create the right conditions for stable daily operations through planning, follow-up, and coordination. Here you capture deviations, absences, machine malfunctions, and other events that affect work distribution and deliveries, and coordinate adjustments as needed. The role also includes: Working with production planning and coordination to create a stable flow in the operation Initiating and driving improvement work where routines need development Optimizing work flows and warehouse structure based on data and operational needs Following up on deliveries and handling deviations Developing, analyzing, and tracking relevant KPIs Ensuring efficient flows in warehouse and production You work closely with several functions within Kellfri and have an important role in creating structure, tracking key metrics, and ensuring that the operation runs efficiently in daily work. The position is located in Jung and concerns daytime work, Monday–Friday. You will be offered employment with Kellfri with immediate start or according to agreement. Your profile We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in a relevant field and/or equivalent work experience from warehouse, industry, or production. You have experience from a coordinating or liaison role in an operation with many contact points, where planning, administration, and follow-up have been a natural part of your responsibility. We are looking for someone who: Is used to working in a structured way with planning, follow-up, and coordination Enjoys analyzing figures, working in business systems, and creating structure in operations Has good understanding of flows within warehouse, logistics, or production Is self-driven and takes great responsibility for your own area Has the ability to prioritize and take initiative in an environment where pace can vary and conditions change quickly Works solution-oriented and contributes to good cooperation in the organization Is clear in your communication and thorough in documentation according to processes and work routines To succeed in this role, we see that you have very good experience working in a digital work environment and are administratively skilled in business systems, as well as having good experience with Excel. Meritorious are experience with production planning, logistics systems, flow optimization, delivery processes, document management, or project methodology. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license and access to a car are a requirement to be able to get to the workplace.
