Now we are recruiting an Operations and Maintenance Technician to our team in Nynäshamn! About the role As an Operations and Maintenance Technician at Adven, you will work with a broad variety of tasks. The facility in Nynäshamn is one of the company's largest and most complex, which places high demands on both technical competence and problem-solving ability. You will become part of a team consisting of 14 employees, five of whom work shifts, where you together are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the facility. We deliver district heating within Nynäshamn municipality and also produce electricity for self-sufficiency. We also work closely in collaboration with our largest customer on-site, to whom we deliver steam and water. Primary job responsibilities - Participate in work on continuous improvements - Conduct rounds and report deviations in our maintenance system Maximo - Optimize boiler operations - Perform preventive or emergency maintenance - Coordinate or lead smaller projects locally together with engineers and managers - Work with and develop our processes To succeed in this role We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar process operations. You are a curious person who can stay calm in stressful situations, are comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and thrive with independent work as well as contributing to a team. The position includes shift work and on-call duty with a response time of 30 minutes.
