Feel free to read more about the benefits we offer at Närhälsan: Benefits and Perks About the Work Your duties at the health center span a broad range of work in general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and circumstances. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic. Work includes both urgent and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues on the unit and cross-functionally within the team, as well as with other actors such as home healthcare and specialist care. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and advancing the operations. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also part of your role at the health center. About You You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. It is meritorious if you have experience working at a health center (regional primary care). We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and feels confident making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. You meet many patients in this work, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and at the clinic. We appreciate your interest in digitalization and operational development. A professional approach and good conduct toward patients, customers, and colleagues are essential to you. This position is a 12-month temporary contract. We welcome your application! About the Recruitment Process Selection is done in two stages. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call relevant candidates for a telephone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the health center. We use competency-based interviews, which means your answers should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe concrete situations as much as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this helps us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
