Vittsjö Health Center is Skåne's smallest public health center and is a small, stable rural health center in northern Skåne with 3,000 registered patients. The unit currently consists of 12 employees, and we strive to offer our patients continuous care and work in team collaboration through daily joint assessment rounds. We have specialists in general medicine, residents, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. We also have good collaboration with our rehabilitation team, which consists of a physical therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, and dietitian, who have their physical workplaces in Hässleholm. It's easy to get to Vittsjö by public transport, and the health center is located a couple of minutes' walk from the station. 1 position(s). DUTIES We offer you varied and developing work where you meet patients with different care needs. The duties include, among other things, your own patient clinic, telephone advice, triage, and patient assessment. We continuously work to develop our operations and therefore see that you want to participate in improvement work and contribute with your knowledge and experience. There are also good opportunities to develop and deepen your competence based on the organization's needs and your interests. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed registered nurse or district nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We consider it a merit if you have experience working in primary care. As a person, you enjoy variety in your work and you put your patients in focus and have the ability to quickly adapt when the situation requires it. This is because the workload can vary greatly. Furthermore, it is very important that you can work independently while valuing good cooperation with your colleagues at the health center.
