WORKPLACE: HAGFORS MUNICIPALITY As a district nurse/registered nurse, you will be part of the Individual and Care Services Department's organization with district nurses/registered nurses. We are currently looking for someone who wants to be responsible for nursing care and work within LSS activities. Work shifts are currently scheduled on our standard schedule with day shifts and two weekends per six-week rotation. The Individual and Care Services Department's work is based on shared core values where the individual should feel security and meaning, services should be of good quality, and the individual should receive good treatment. DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed registered nurse, preferably with further training in open healthcare or elderly care. You have personal suitability for providing nursing care, good judgment, flexibility in thought and action, are attentive, have good collaboration skills, actively contribute to advancing the operation, and are engaged in your own professional development. Driver's license with category B driving privileges. The nurse leads nursing care work together with the unit manager, mentors and trains base staff. Together as a team, you work to provide the individual with good, secure, and safe care and support. The nurse drives necessary development work together with MAS. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who wants to participate in leading and developing our operations!
