We are now seeking a district nurse for a part-time position working remotely. The role primarily involves telephone consultation and patient contact through our digital platform TryggaOnline as well as 1177. You will be an important part of a team that both dares to test new approaches and values quality, patient safety, and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will meet patients through digital channels and by phone. You work closely with colleagues from various professions and help create clear, secure, and efficient working methods. Using digital tools, we support patients from first contact through follow-up and self-care support, while working systematically to prioritize appropriately and reduce wait times. We are looking for someone who is curious, confident in your competence, and comfortable working independently and systematically. You are experienced in providing professional advice, making clinical assessments, and creating a sense of security in patient interactions even when contact occurs remotely. You are comfortable with digital tools and see the potential in standardized working methods, consistent documentation, and modern digital healthcare. With us, you will have support to grow.
