Your responsibilities • Reception work with assessments, advice, and triage. • Telephone advice and digital patient contact. • Wound care, injections, blood samples, and other practical tasks. • Health conversations and patient education. • Follow-up of chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD) depending on competence. • Collaboration with other healthcare providers and authorities. • Documentation and quality work. You work in a team with a colleague and have close collaboration with the doctors responsible for patients in your team. In our telephone advice service, you as a nurse call patients in your team in the first instance. This way, you have the opportunity to get to know your patients over time and make a real difference. Qualifications Registered nurse or district nurse. It is an advantage if you also have experience in primary care, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to develop.
