About the Operation: Vallentuna, together with Nynäshamn Municipality, operates a digitalization and skills development project funded by the European Social Fund. The project is organizationally part of the Municipal Administration Office's digitalization unit, where you will be one of several project members. Target groups are found throughout the municipality's organization. The role reports to the project manager and digitalization manager. Responsibilities: You are responsible for training initiatives in Microsoft 365, AI, and digital working methods, and you lead operations-focused development initiatives related to the digital workplace. The role combines pedagogy, process management, and operations development, and involves close collaboration with operations, managers, system administrators, IT functions, and project management. As a digitalization coach, you work to educate and strengthen employees' digital capabilities. You prepare lectures and exercises for training sessions and conduct them. You record participant attendance at trainings according to established procedures and document the implementation. As part of the role, you also process map work processes in workshop format and, together with work groups, identify digitalization opportunities. After quality assurance of new work processes, you also provide training in these. Qualifications: Post-secondary education: IT or systems science education or other education that the employer deems equivalent Knowledge of and understanding for municipal operations Experience developing training materials, guides, or other knowledge support Experience with AI services and generative AI Basic understanding of laws and regulations relevant to digitalization: Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), GDPR, data protection regulations, AI regulations, cybersecurity legislation, etc. Strong knowledge of Office 365 as well as M365. Advantageous if you are also an experienced user of applications such as Copilot, Power BI, and Power Query. Driver's license (category B) is advantageous Very good proficiency in Swedish as well as English, both spoken and written Advantage if you have experience with operations development and process mapping. You improve and increase employees' competence, build manager and employee relationships, create participation with shared vision about operations and Vallentuna Municipality. The position is a 12-month project employment on a full-time basis starting September 1 or by agreement, with the possibility of extension. We apply individual salary setting.
