Your Work Tasks Reception work with your own schedule is the foundation, and as a nurse at Eda Health Center, you will perform tasks that also reduce transfers so that patients do not need to travel to secondary healthcare. Other tasks close to primary healthcare are telephone advice and the coordination assignment. If you have further education in diabetes, you will have the opportunity to work with these matters. We perform the coordination assignment together with Eda Municipality and secondary healthcare at the hospitals where we plan discharge after hospital stays. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We consider it a merit if you have further education in diabetes, acute care, psychiatry, or experience working in municipal primary healthcare. As a person, you are flexible, service-oriented, and can work both independently and together with others. You understand your role but also take the organization's best interests into account in your actions and decisions. A valid driver's license is a requirement as the position includes home visits in a team. You also have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
