DUTIES Your primary task is to provide each person with the care and support they need, always with the individual at the center. With us, you will encounter varied and meaningful work where you combine independence with close collaboration. To create the best possible everyday life for our care recipients, you work in a team with colleagues and other professionals in elderly care. Together, we strive to provide a safe, active, and pleasant environment where each person has the opportunity to live as independently as possible. In your role, you work with care and support according to the Social Services Act, and you also perform delegated health and medical care tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You are present with the care recipient in their daily life and contribute to everything from personal care and meal support to social companionship and security. The work also involves participating in important forums such as APT, team meetings, and incident meetings, all to ensure safe and professional care for our seniors. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and who enjoys creating security, participation, and joy in everyday life. If you have experience working with people with dementia diagnosis, that is highly meritorious. We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. It is important to us that you want to contribute to safe, professional, and dignified care for our residents. We value that you are resourceful and creative, and that you have a good ability to foster participation both with your colleagues and with the residents. You work independently, are flexible, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. We also see that you are courageous, engaged, positive, and somewhat persistent when needed. Language skills beyond Swedish are valuable, but it is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You also need to be comfortable with documentation and computer use, as we work digitally in our daily operations and create implementation plans focused on individual needs. Working hours are variable with day, evening, and weekend shifts. This is something you enjoy to have a dynamic and varied work week. With us, you work every other weekend.
