Company Presentation For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now seeking a Sub-Project Manager in Technical Information for an assignment at their site in Finspång. The company, thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, is an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months via Unik Resurs with very good potential for extension. We apply continuous selection, which means the assignment may be filled before the final application deadline. Work Tasks and Responsibilities As a Sub-Project Manager, you will lead the work with Technical Information and be responsible for successful delivery to Siemens customers. In the Technical Information area, approximately 30 dedicated and motivated employees work in various roles with technical information for gas turbines. We create, manage, and deliver a large volume of information products to both internal and external customers. We constantly seek opportunities to improve our products and streamline our processes to actively work toward higher customer satisfaction. It is important that you have great self-drive and enjoy collaborating across different interfaces. Together, we create quality-assured information products that are delivered according to the customer's requirements and wishes. How You Will Make an Impact You have delivery, budget, and coordination responsibility for your team. You drive 5–15 sub-projects in different project phases. You ensure that information products meet the requirements according to contracts and specifications. You are responsible for coordinating activities with all functions within the project group and external Siemens companies and customers. You participate in and drive internal projects and development within the department. Working as a sub-project manager in the Technical Information department is exciting and developmental. There is also a wide range of additional assignments and tasks to work on alongside your projects. Your Profile What You Bring We are looking for someone with higher education or other relevant education. It is a merit if you have a few years of work experience. In your work, you are structured and thorough. Experience from project management/leadership is a merit. You want to lead, coordinate, and create project teams with good cohesion. You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and customers and enjoy working in a team. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently; additional language skills are a merit. You are driven, take initiative easily, and take responsibility. You are solution-focused, flexible, see opportunities, dare to think in new ways, and can handle changes.
