About the Assignment In the role of data coordinator, you are important for contributing to a unified approach, with correct and coherent documentation. The work involves supporting projects by taking responsibility for CAD and data coordination, document management, as well as inventories and investigations related to public transportation's technical documentation. A central task in the role is to ensure that all handling of technical documentation follows established processes. Work tasks include, among others: You are responsible for coordinating and quality-assuring the project's technical documentation – from design to completed facility and handover. You ensure that all documentation follows applicable requirements, processes and structures, and is correctly updated and accessible in the project's system. You lead the coordination between external design consultants and manage the review workflows, including meetings, comments, and deliveries. You serve as a central contact in the project and support project management through reporting, meeting participation, and ongoing coordination. Who Are You? The assignment requires structure, drive, good analytical skills, and that the consultant enjoys collaborating with others and has a good ability to maintain internal as well as external relationships. To succeed in the role, you need to have: Completed higher education degree or other relevant education A few years of documented experience from the design process in a client organization A few years of experience working with CAD and/or BIM programs Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English It is highly meriting if you have a few years of experience in operations related to rail transport.
